Depending on age, model, Operating System, and how it was set up... sometimes Admin or ADMIN will work.

  4. Heather Kraafter Not really sure either maybe save a backup and restore the Windows application? I think you can open in 'safe mode" and find it in DOS . Try asking Google?

  6. Hey all. Thanks so much, really I should have said...
Has anyone ever had to do this, and how did you?

    We already Google'd it.
We can't open it in any mode.
We have tried all we can at this point and we're looking for experienced help if possible.
    Thanks

  9. With Windows I use my Microsoft account password. It's easy to get help with recovering this kind of password. You can always get customer support to help.
