I have found out that the new YouTube Live button is mainly for smartphones and such Have you heard anything that confirms this?
Arthur Morehead Not really, I use it from my desktop all the time- but it does make sense. Everything seems to be going more and more "Mobile First".
It's webcam related. Desktop works great.
