Greetings, everyone. I bet I'm not the first with this one, but here goes...
*I keep getting this message can anyone help?
"Oops, there was an error creating your event. Please try again later."*
Tried the same event post on
two different computers - both rendered the same resulting message.
Thanks in advance for any clues.
Just created one and had no issues.
ReplyDeleteTry these things:
1) Try another Browser(FireFox,Chrome), see if same issues appear
2) Make sure Chrome is updated
3) Remove all extensions and add them back one by one to find the culprit
4) clear cache and cookies.
Usually one of these resolves the issue.
Please let us know if something works.
What type of event are you creating?

ReplyDeleteMission accomplished... I think. The thing that worked was launching a HOA with skeleton details (one short line...), to public only, with proper date and time assigned. Then, when I added details and renamed the HOA from "Test HOA" to the exact title, it allowed me to do so.
We still have to see if everything functions properly for Saturday. For now, people are RSVPing, commenting, and everything looks right. I'll keep you informed. Thanks again.
