New Chrome OS input options!

Latest Chrome OS Dev update adds voice input, handwriting and emoji buttons into the input options menu on shelf.
It is as easy as enabling the experimental flag at chrome://flags/#enable-emoji-handwriting-voice-on-ime-menu and restart Chrome to play with it.
If you remember correctly, these buttons have been available in virtual keyboards for a long time¹ now.
