New Feature: Removing/Banning a person from a meeting

The first screenshot shows what the host sees when the meeting is set with Waiting Room enabled and someone clicks their invitation to join the meeting.
The second screenshot shows what the host sees when he clicks to remove/ban someone from the meeting.
The third screenshot shows what the removed/banned attendee sees if they try to rejoin the meeting.
