YouTube Gaming update: more countries, improved live chat moderation and more

* Launched the YouTube Gaming mobile app in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and more to come soon

* Desktop live chat moderation improvements:

---- Retraction: The author of a message can now delete their own messages.
---- Actually deleting messages: If the streamer, a moderator, or the author removes a chat message, the message will be removed from viewers without them reloading the page.
---- Deleted messages: The streamer and moderators will be able to click to see the contents of a deleted message.
---- Timed-out & blocked users: If a user is timed-out or blocked, all of their previous chat messages will be deleted.
---- Moderator actions: If a streamer or moderator takes a moderation action, a system message will be sent to the streamer and all mods describing that action.
---- Name blacklisting: Usernames are now passed through a channel’s blacklist (https://www.youtube.com/comment_management). If a match occurs, all messages from that user name will be silently removed.
---- UI update: The moderation menu has been updated to correctly reflect the state of a user.

* Launched end-to-end live streaming latency monitoring in Stats for Nerds — just right-click in the player and select “Stats for Nerds”

* Watch cards on youtube.com when you search for the name of a game, featuring a link to the game page in YouTube Gaming and highlighting top live streams (example: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=the+division)
