Hallo Andrew Hatchett I just try to start a HOA, but it comes up only 99%, the Record button doesn#t come up. I tried 3 times to restart. Any idea? Thank you
Hi Heidi, Sorry to be late in responding. I had that happen yesterday and finally had to log out of Business Hangouts and then log out of G+ then shutdown computer ( not just restart) turn computer back on, login to G+, Login to BHO, and try to staert the hangout again.
Hi Andrew, thanks for your reply! I took the conversation with screenflow - and at the very end the START button appeared. Too strange. Hopefully this won't be the future normality!
It happened to me on Sunday as well. I had a scheduled Hangout on Air that just wouldn't start. Just kept hanging at 99 percent. I finally had to give up and create a new Hangout and frantically publish the new link/embed code all over my social media netverse. I didn't try to completely shutdown my computer Andrew Hatchett as I was running out of time and doubted it would work. I hope that doesn't happen again!!
