I'm having a go following the CCHOA intro and before the 'step_by_step' HOA in an hour.

I'm having a go following the CCHOA intro and before the 'step_by_step' HOA in an hour. So I have made my YouTube live event, and pasted the url into my private Community with a nice image.

My question is - what does YouTube mean when it asks me for the 'maximum sustained bit rate of my encoder'?

  1. +Shelia- I have no idea. I don't thing that is something we play with and just leave it at the default.

  2. Sheila Strover make sure you have Quick selected and NOT CUSTOM on the Type selection.  You will never get a start broadcast button if you don't.  You may have to recreate your event if you already saved it.

  3. Michael Daniels - the 'quick' is greyed and won't let me select it.
