NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS

Please read the newly revised "About This Community" section as there have been some slight changes made in the way the community will function going forward. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thanks.

  1. On my iPad, I'm in the U2U community, but don't see a category called "about".

  2. Pat Richley-Erickson  The "About This Community" section isn't a category but the post section  that gives  the community guidelines. It usually appears at the top of the page if you click the "All Posts" category.

    I don't have any Mac products so don't know exactly what to tell you but the section says:
    User2User-LIVE! is meant to be an online resource providing help for those using Hangouts On Air or Business-Hangouts On Air.  

    Scheduled Hosted Hours: M-F 10am-2pm-6pm EDT.  

    There is usually a nightly session sometime after 9:00PM EDT. The exact time is posted the evening of the event  

    The link to the current HOA will be found in the "Link to This Week's HOA" at the top of the category menu on the left sidebar.  

    If you need to practice or need help at times other than the Hosted Chats, simply post a message here in the community and/or start a HOA and post the link to it here in the community and any member who is free will probably respond.  

    For IMMEDIATE help simply click the link with the green icon below to go to the LIVE HelpLounge and someone will join you there ASAP."
