Andrew Hatchett, I didn't hear your fan at all even on half setting, however, your sound volume seemed to come to me very low. I don't know if your sound at your end was up enough or if you were too far from your mike?
Andrew Hatchett i could only hear the fan on high setting. your voice volume is a little low from beginning to end but still can be heard by turning up the volume slightly.
richard clarkson and Barbara Quick, thanks for the feedback. It is a puzzlement as to what is going on with my audio as I've changed nothing about my settings that I have used for over a month. Research continues. :)

ReplyDeleteAndrew Hatchett, I wonder if your mic is close enough to your mouth, as it seems to be maybe a bit too far to the side of your mouth. Just a thought.
ReplyDeleteBarbara Quick Thanks for the thought but we tested two different headsets at varying distances and it seemed to make no difference to those listening.
