QUESTION for Andrew Hatchett , Michael Daniels  or anyone who knows: Today, when I clicked on "START BROADCAST," I got an error message:  "Failure to go Live"  The green button became white and would not operate. Could not start.

Why does that happen and what is the best work-around?

I made the mistake of hanging up the red phone instead of just closing and re-opening the live window, so I actually had to start an entirely new HOA right then.

What else could I have done, please?

  1. Sally Sue Ember The "Failure to go Live" happens on occasion (even to Ronnie Bincer) but the actual cause is, I believe, unknown..

  2. Thanks, Andrew Hatchett . I know it happened to Ronnie Bincer a few weeks ago and he ended up doing as I did, having to start an entirely new HOA and starting about 10 minutes late. Sigh.
I was looking for a quicker, better alternative route to restarting or newly starting if that ever happens again.

  3. Thanks, Ronnie Bincer . Will check out your and Michael Daniels tutorial videos this week, for sure.
LOL "leave feedback." I haven't even looked for that "option" due to your hilarious renditions of what does not ensue when you do it. If G+ doesn't listen to YOU, why would the listen to ME?

  4. Sally Sue Ember they do listen at times, but they base most of their 'listening' on volume, so if more people leave feedback when issues are happening, there is a better chance that things will change.
