The Pixlr cloud image editor well known to Chrome OS users has been sold by Autodesk to 123RF, a stock photo agency that's part of a company that manages content libraries.

I use the Pixlr editor on my Chromebook all the time, so I hope it isn't going away. But the article is right that it needs updating, and maybe the new company will do that.
