Everytime I try to join a Google Hangout I get the message"due to the high volume of participants" I cannot connect.

Everytime I try to join a Google Hangout I get the message"due to the high volume of participants" I cannot connect. Does anybody have a suggestion please

    That sounds to me that there are already the maximum number of participants allowed.

    Regular Hangouts on air allow 10 total Hangout participants.
    G Suite Hangouts allow more, but I am uncertain the number myself.

    Is this joining a Hangout Chat, Hangout Video Call, or a Hangout On Air?

    Heather Kraafter Paul Butt I believe that G-Suite users can have up to 25 participants in an HOA. I've never been that high but have had more than 10.
