Hi Andrew Hatchett. Zoom question. When I send https://zoom.us/wc/join/5178211716 it only lets them join audio and no video. Is this because I have the free account and I opened the room over 40 minutes ago?

    i'm on my computer but it says i'm in but it wants me to click something on my phone to get in
