I guess you've moved from Google Hangouts to Zoom, Andy. With the imminent closure of Google+, there are a lot of people deserting them that will never return. You have to wonder in what world were their decisions were made.
Tony Proctor I've been using Zoom for everything except our board meeting since May 2017. I find it easier for people to understand and use - not to mention the huge improvement in video quality.
I've been second guessing Google's decisions as far back as when they shut down Reader. G+ will undoubtedly be a loss to a great many people but will also free up a LOT of resources to allow improvement to other parts of Google.
Andrew Hatchett I don't have the same confidence in them. Having watched them carve things up, and chase FB with something that was clearly not same same -- losing a golden opportunity in the process -- then I fully expect them to shoot another foot.
