I have a question for you awesome people. I have noticed that the quality of my videos have gone south in terms of resolution and sound quality. It did not have that problem before and think it maybe that my internet speed has slowed. Do you have any pointers for dealing with situation?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Thank you for your suggestions. I am indeed hard wired and only run programs that are needed. I think the problem is speed, what are the remedies for low speed?
ReplyDeleteCaptive Touch You can play a bit with the bandwidth settings in the HOA ( the little bars in top center icons) but basically you are at the mercy of your ISP.
ReplyDeleteThank you Andrew Hatchett
ReplyDeleteCaptive Touch +Andrew is right. Your speed will be dictated mostly by your service provider. Check to see what speed your service provider claims to be providing you. Then compare it to what testmy.net tells you about bandwidth. If there is a disparity, call your provider and talk to a rep. They can check the integrity of your connection to see if it meets "their" standards. They might find that there is a problem and address it.

ReplyDeleteUpdate with this question and low video quality. I found out that my upload speed was really low. I was able to use an alternative internet connection that has great speed and resolved the quality issue. Thank you again for your help.
ReplyDeleteCaptive Touch I love it when things work!
