HI all, Last week I hosted a BHOA and 3 among 9 that registered found themselves in a different room, unable to launch camera or microphone but able to use unified chat. Any ideas here on where I went wrong here?

    How did everyone enter?  Were you using a meeting link or Registration?  Did you have folks in the hangout hours before and just stayed in until you started the BHOA?

    HI Michael Daniels  I believe that people  entered first via registration then meeting link.  Never went live on BHOA,. So I'm not sure how to answer your 2nd ?
