A question about piping in into music into a live HOA using VoiceMeter:

Would the sound quality work better to have Studio Mode turned on for this?  Does Studio Mode impact piped in music or only live sound being picked up by the mic?

    Voice Mode impacts any musical content quite adversely, adding much compression and a "swirling, swishing sound" to it. If the music is important, always use Studio mode.
