  3. Just an FYI to all if click the link and rewatch the recorded show you will see that the timer is behind 2 seconds.  So I would need to click the timer then immediately click the start button.
    Another test for the future!

  4. Actually, the OK button after the Start Broadcast button, at least in an HOA. We notice a several second delay from the OK button to Live is displayed. The Live indication is our clue to start the opening and we are pretty close to nailing the Live to First Voice on the recording.

It might be interesting to click the Timer, then Start Broadcast, note the time, then the OK button and see what the timer shows when the Live appears.

  7. I want to read bio's while I bluebox people. I think that's the term (bluebox) Any advice?

  8. You can certainly "pin" someone (Google's term)(We call it white box)(it used to be blue, so we called it blue boxing).

You can read bio's and pin someone.
    2 things to think about:
    1) If you are going to do it this way, be sure THEY know you are going to do this, so they are not picking their nose or something.  This may be awkward for a long intro.
    2) When going over a bio, most programs show a slide show of sorts.  Like a guests image, website, product, or historical image.

    Hope that helps,
    Michael D

  11. Sure
Put a post in the community asking for some help.  Tell them what time and see who can help.
You can setup the hangout Event.  Invite 2 people to be your guests. and all the other things you want to work out.
