Thank you for accepting me into this community. I'm a relative newbie, but I want to learn. I am currently in a job search and am also contemplating a possible career change. I hope information will be very helpful to me personally and/or in helping my friend, Dr Margaret Aranda.

Yes, Dr Margaret Aranda is a very sharp cookie--in a lot of areas! She told me a little about the Plusword game. I was unable to attend that day. Perhaps there will be another Plusword game HOA someday which I will be able to attend. That sounds fun!
Barbara Quick -- Hi Mom! It has been such a pleasure to meet you and develop a friendship with you. You are indeed my online mom :-), and you are a blessing to me.
Not only is Dr Margaret Aranda your online daughter, she is my good friend and little sister, and I am her big brother. Due to a chaotic childhood, my biological sister and I are not very close. Margaret is very much like family to me. She is the little sister who I always wanted but never had.
Now, you are my online mom :-). I love you both!! ((Big hugs))

It has been good to meet you. Still planning to hangout with you soon. My job search--looking for jobs to apply for, applying for them, studying, preparing for interviews, and having interviews takes a lot of my time. This week is packed. I will try to block out time within the next 1-2 weeks so we can hangout.
Yes, Dr Margaret Aranda is a good friend. She is one of my few true, faithful, lifelong friends. She and I have been through a lot and have stuck with each other as friends and as brother and sister through thick and thin.
I am glad and thankful for this new community of new friends. I am looking forward to developing friendships, learning a lot, and hopefully, applying what I learn in practical ways. Who knows?? Perhaps a career change is in the wind...
Dr Margaret Aranda -- Thank you for bringing this community and these HOA training sessions to my attention. I enjoy working with you and supporting you in some of your endeavors and in your online ministry.

I hope one day to play Plusword against you and others. That would be fun :-).
I still am holding on to a hope of being able to play Scrabble with you someday. I still believe that you would find me to be a worthy opponent, my friend ;-). In preparation for that day, I have been sleeping with my Scrabble dictionary under my pillow ;-).
In the meantime, I continue my job search and my efforts to learn new things, and to help you and others.

Dr Margaret Aranda first introduced me to #SMMSmarties because she knew that I needed to and wanted to learn new things, be stretched in a totally new area, and be prepared to help her and others.
My career has been in software development, so marketing is a totally new area, but I have been learning in order to possibly help Dr Margaret Aranda and others. Who knows? Perhaps a career change is around the corner...

A career change is a definite possibility for anyone and everyone, especially when we get out of the mode of operations based on need, survival, and feelings on the edge of desperation, and are allowed to explore our likes and loves, and experience the fulfillment that comes from helping others, and genuinely being of service.The best to you, Randy.

Nice to see you will be joining us for BHOA training Dr Margaret Aranda I haven't seen you on a HOA since we played Plusword some time back, so it will be nice to connect again. Just so you know BHOA training is on Thursday nights though.
