Can anyone help me?
Can anyone help me? 1)My problem is that I cannot get into Hangouts on Air as the Host. 2)In the setup, I enter the name of the HOA and description. 3)I enter the starting time and the length. 3)I enter my name and click on Share. Then a statement pops up that says, “Click here to verify your You Tube account.” 4)When I click on this statement a pop-up statement appears which reads, “Your account has been verified by You Tube already.” A “CONTINUE” button appears. 5)I click on the button and it takes me to the features page of my You Tube account. This happens every time I attempt to schedule an HOA.

Le David Morris I'm tied up today with family stuff. If no one can help today we can work on it tomorrow morning in Q&A. We WILL get to the bottom of this! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, I have put this question to several communities.
ReplyDeleteLe David Morris a question and suggestion...
ReplyDeleteHave you any way to record a video on your machine NOT using Hanfout on Air or BHOA?
If so, try recording a short one (1 minute or so) and then go directly to you YouTube channel and try to upload it. That may give us a clue as to the verification thing.
Special to Andrew and Micheal.
ReplyDeleteLe David Morris it sounds like you may be trying to set up your Hangout on Air with the wrong Google+ identity. If your channel is linked to a Google+ Page, you must be acting as Manager of that Page to set up the HOA. (Your Profile's YouTube channel is this one: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJLq7mDnEyrAgHaBD5ycLdQ)
ReplyDeleteThe alternative is to set up a "Quick" YouTube Live Event at www.youtube.com/my_live_events > that will schedule a Hangout on Air, but it does not create a Google+ Event.
