Actually, I'm wondering if those 2 4GB sticks of Ram can be use to replace the 2 1GB memory sticks in my Acer C710 (to say nothing of that lovely i7 chip in there!
Andrew Hatchett I saved the hard drive and DVD drive from my old tower and bought an external cable (SATA to USB) and use the drives externally now with my new computer. I plug the SATA cable that connects to those drives into a 3.0 or 3.1 USB port. I don't know about Chromebooks or Chromeboxes however. Haven't worked with memory sticks but I know they just plug in if they fit. I only have worked with towers with plenty of room.
Sorry to hear about your Chromebox. The one you used for this notice works real good. Nice picture and sound. I thought you might want to know that.
ReplyDeleteThank Richard Clarkson, I'd forgotten how good my 1st Chromebook really was.
