Does anyone know how to protect a "cell" or "entry" on a Google contact?

Does anyone know how to protect a "cell" or "entry" on a Google contact?

We have all our clients in Google Contacts, they give us 1 piece of information i.e. their cc# to pre=pay for lessons.
I would like to keep that on their record BUT I need to protect that cell. Can it be done? If so, how?

    Sorry I can't help Leila Martin.
    Too bad they don't all have Google profiles, then you could add that info to their profiles and only you would see i.
