Quick question pls.

Quick question pls. I use GMB for our contacts, calendar, email etc under the company name. Today I entered a new contact, just like usual but NOTHING will print. A blank sheet appears and a blank sheet prints off. This all worked yesterday. What has changed?

I then want to take the audio, save it so it can be downloaded.

I "thought" I had bookmarked an application that did that but I can not find it.

Does anyone know how to protect a "cell" or "entry" on a Google contact?

We have all our clients in Google Contacts, they give us 1 piece of information i.e. their cc# to pre=pay for lessons.
I would like to keep that on their record BUT I need to protect that cell. Can it be done? If so, how?

Not sure if this is even correct place to post. But here goes: I use Amazon S3 for storage. One of my buckets contains files that go with a paid product. I set it up on S3 so I have a log of when those files are accessed.

I'm unclear of exactly how to read those log files and I need help to figure it out.

The reason is that a client has taken the download page and shared it with I don't know how many people. NOW, the links were "protected" by a program I have and the links are only good for 2 minutes. BUT, when I go to the logs I keep seeing all these "files modified" on Amazon S3 bucket. CONFUSED!

Anyone else having issues the with ToolBox App ? Our last 2 live events we could not get our lower third to come up. Last night when we even tried to
OPEN the toolbox the app started shivering and radiating colors. NO, I was not drinking ;-)

UGH!!!  help pls.  For one of our LIve Streaming shows we are trying to get 2 ladies on as guests to talk about "how to pick a good doggie day camp"   One lady refuses to get a gmail.  She says she uses everything through her ICloud including hangouts using Webinar Jam as her wrapper.  I keep telling her she has to have some type of google account to come in.  Am I missing something?

Here is what she says:  all of my google accounts (google voice, google analytics, google hangouts, etc) I use my iCloud email.

Just did a practice run with some folks who will join us as guest in our HOA tomorrow.

Just did a practice run with some folks who will join us as guest in our HOA tomorrow. I muted them by clicking on mute in their "square" in the film strip. I could NOT unmute them from the box. Does this mean I need to have control box open from "get go" so I can control the mute and unmute button OR is this another Google Hiccup?

Have a client with a new Surface Pro. Can she use that to get into a private HOA with us? I read where someone using a Surface can join a hangout call, but can't find anything about participating in a hangout on air for coaching purposes. Thanks!

CameraMan App Jim turned on the cameraman app in our last show.

CameraMan App Jim turned on the cameraman app in our last show. That app is supposed to mute attendees automatically when they come in.
What was weird was the ability to mute, eject and turn off camera was also available on each person's thumbnail in the strip.
BUT what happened was all the controls in Cameraman App would not work.
I "assume" it's because we had both open but just checking to see if anyone else has run into that.

I do need some control to mute them as they are clueless how to come into the show ;-) They are NOT hangout folks at all.
