Sheila Hensley If Oracle finally wins it means one of two things....
1)Oracle gets a LOT of Money and prevents Google from using ANY part of the code- which means a complete re-write for Android and a HUGE setback for Google.
2) Oracle get a LOT of money and Google pays a licensing fee to Oracle to continue using the code which means Android stuff gets more expensive to cover paying said fees.
