Sorry I have been out of commision for the last 4 months and not been around. Had to have more neck surgery :(

Anyway, I am back, but have forgotten almost everything I learned before the surgery. Morphine, Valium, Dilaudid, Ambien will do that to you sometimes. :)

So I am sure I will have a ton of questions over the next few days/weeks, hope I don't get annoying

If I choose "Yes" to broadcasting, but choose "Private" for you tube...I can still have unlimited viewers in the room, but the YouTube video will not show to anyone, even if they have the link to it, just to me until I have had a chance to edit it for content, length, etc. Then I can make it public on YouTube.

I ran into a problem Saturday evening on my BHO.
I had checked for the YouTube to be Private, made triple sure it was, but it played live right along with the BHO and anyone could see it.
I shut down the BHO, rescheduled another one for 5 minutes later, we all came back in and it was the same thing. I ended up stop broadcasting because of it and cancelled the BHO. 
I don't like it to be live anywhere but the room, until I have had the chance to edit the video for content, length etc.

Anyone else had this problem? 

Oh yeah, I had problems at one time with Participants dropping out of the list, still being in the filmstrip and still being a participant, but not showing up in auditorium, the list or the map. When we had the last update like 2 weeks ago it fixed that, everything was fine for 3 BHO's then Saturday the same thing happened. Anyone else experiencing that?

I have run into a slight situation.

I have run into a slight situation.
I had a hangout last night. I had my video listed as "unlisted" a member then posted it out to the web, which I did not want done.
However, the video shows up no where on my YouTube page for me to delete it, it only show up on his hosting and if you do a search on YouTube for it (as of last night).

Anyone know if/how to find it and get ride of it? And can I make my YouTube channel private (so only people I invite in can see what I have?)

How do you change the look of the auditorium?

I had my first Business-Hangout yesterday
I wanted to change the upper right quadrant to a logo I made. I uploaded it to my Google drive, when I clicked on the button to change it, then entered the address of it's place in the google drive it showed it, but also showed the editing tools with it. It did not show just the image...why?

Also, do I have to use an "HTTPS" to show something in that area or is it possible to show/use an "HTTP", like if I wanted to show a standard webpage to my group?

Then, I promoted a viewer to a participants it didn't show up, he also disappeared from the auditorium. He was still in the filmstrip, but was showing in the participant, viewers, or the map.

These are just a few of many questions I have, I am so lost and I am sorry for needing so much help, but I just can't seem to grasp the concepts I guess.
