I have SO many questions after holding my first Business Hang Out event yesterday. YIKES!

QUESTION #1: During the hang-out I clicked on the chat button in the upper left hand corner and the chat displayed on the right side of the screen. I "thought" that was the way to get the chat to show up on the attendee's screens, but when I asked, none of the attendees could see the chat screen. How do I get the chat screen to show up for my attendees?
