I just read the guidelines. I apologize for not introducing myself  sooner.
My name is Mike and I have been spending the last few years developing my web design skills. I am currently the web designer for a Mental Health Peer Organization at schenectadypeer.com 

When I discover Google+ I loved it and the hangout concept is awesome so I added info and links on the website. 

I am 53 and a bilateral below the knee amputee which lost me my job with the loss of my legs. I love helping others and sharing what I know and learn. I found this community when I was looking for help on a hangout question.
