I tried to do a BHO today to train two new people.

I tried to do a BHO today to train two new people.  I wasn't able to make them a participant and they stayed as a viewer.  They were not able to hear me at all.  I had to try to help them and then finally gave up and created a gotomeeting.  I have another one to give at 8pm now.  Is anyone available to help me?
