Andrew Hatchett I can't play gifs on my tablet it makes google shut down
ReplyDeleteRichard Clarkson Wish I could help but I know very, very little about gifs or tablets.
ReplyDeleteHopefully, someone else in the community can help.
Andrew HatchettIt's been a google issue for awhile now. Probably one of yhose things that won't be fixed. Like getying those "unfortunately, google+(and other google products) has shut down" I, and many others have given feedback about it for months. I use my computer most of the time now because various things don't work on mobile like they do on computers which is a shame since the new google was supposed to be more mobile/user friendly but isn't at the present time
ReplyDeleteRichard Clarkson have you tried uninstalling the app? Restart tablet then reinstall app.
ReplyDeleteSee if it helps solve the issues of shutdowns.
Heather Kraafter I've done all that and cleaned cache, emptied temp files etc. it seems to be affecting asus tablets since i don't have the problem with my phone or computer.
ReplyDeleteRichard Clarkson very interesting. Sounds more like an ASUS issue then I wonder if feedback to them might help?
ReplyDeleteSorry I didn't give you something not yet thought of.
Heather Kraafter I have another issue too. I keep getting the "unfortunately, Google+ has stopped" or some other google product has stopped like photos etc. it shuts google+ down but a google black screen pops up asking if i want to report it which i have done at least 60 times already. this happens especially if there is a google+ update. I have reinstalled google+, emptied cache, cleared the data etc and it still comes up. If i wait X amount of hours it will work fine till the next time i get the unfortunately message again. Others have this problem also so it's not my tablet.
ReplyDeleteI'm here . . . anyone out there? Andrew Hatchett
ReplyDeleteHave both links open. :) Will wait a few minutes.
