"Picture in Picture Viewer" Chrome extension
With "Picture in Picture Viewer" you can view the live HOA comments and video side by side. Just pop out the video in a floating window to the right of the comments. Then as you scroll the comments the video will remain fixed to the right of your screen.

That sounds really cool So I am wondering if you could get a "switchable" two camera angle shot recorded into what is called now the YouTube Live.......hmmmmmm
