New G+, Circles, and Blocking - Rules have changed

New G+, Circles, and Blocking - Rules have changed

Blocking profiles no longer useful for removing from their circles

Sorry if this has already been addressed here - too many posts to see if it has. G+ got rid of Circle Sharing because people complained about being in circles with offensive people. In the recent past, if you blocked a profile, it removed YOU from THEIR circles. If you then later unblocked them so you could see what they were doing and saying, you stayed out of their circles until they decided to circle you again. NOW, if you unblock them, you are automatically added back to being in their circles. That is not good - and not sure if that is how G+ intended it to work. Is this a glitch or the new way?
