I really like this 'drawing' and wonder if it's an app or handrawn?
Ros Boundy Actually, IIRC, it was done in Pixlr using a filter that was applied to a picture.
I have seen many people do this with photos and then paint them as Portraiture work that looks really good. I think it's called "vectoring" but not sure. Some are even using it for murals
