Has anyone developed a Quick Start Guide for HOA guests who have never been in a Hangout and perhaps don't even have...
Has anyone developed a Quick Start Guide for HOA guests who have never been in a Hangout and perhaps don't even have a Google account? Clearly a practice run is necessary in such cases, but a good instruction sheet or instructional video would be helpful to make the process less intimidating.

I learned of this community through my participation in the Ronnie Bincer's Hangout Master group. I am hoping to set up a HOA practice group on Thursday nights -- to serve as an opportunity to learn from each other and get used to running HOAs. I look forward to learning from you and doing what I can to contribute to others' understanding of running HOAs.
