So... I have a question that I can't figure out.

- HOA scheduled for tomorrow
- By invitation only
- External Sharing allowed

Most people can click "Yes" to "Are you going to watch?" in the email invitation, they are directed to the event page and they are good to go.

HOWEVER, some people click "Yes", are directed to the event page and are asked to submit their name. When they submit their name and Save, they are told that they do not access to the event.

I can't figure out why some people are being denied.

Can someone explain what's going on here? I assume that this is a beginner issue.

We just recently migrated to Google Apps at my work and I've been leading the charge on getting people to use the new technology. As such, we've got a lot of questions. Most of them I can tackle just by searching but some have stumped Google so I'm looking for a place where I can find quick answers. I appreciate any help you can provide and hope to one day pay it forward.
