I have a bit of an emergency.

I have a bit of an emergency.. I have an event starting tonight on HOA and i tested it with 1 person but when they log on, they are not live with me - there is a massive lag by about 1 minute - and I need my participants live with me in real time... Is there anyway I ccan fix this?
