I like the idea Andrew Hatchett. Fridays would give us a chance to form our questions from the week and offer opportunity to discuss. Having said that, I agree with John Jurkiewicz, you set the date/time and I'll schedule it. :)
I suggest Andrew Hatchett that we add the BHOA button that gets you in a room. This way folks can come in wait for someone to come help and maybe get an answer they need. Or have an Event that lasts a month. Pin it to the top. When folks come in they can chat in the chat and if someone can come help, they help. If 2 people are chatting in the event then they can go set up a separate HOA and add the link to the community so everyone can get involved.
Thanks Michael Daniels, Those suggestions are part of what I'm considering in the re-structuring of the U2U Community. I'll be holding a public HOA for members to provide more input after I nail things down a bit better in my own mind.

When you go in 4 or 5 people would get an email saying "Mr Smith has entered your meeting room, click this button to go help them" (these would be folks that want to help) . Then any one of the 4 or 5 could go help.
Michael Daniels I was thinking of something along those lines but with two links:
1). BHOA HVC with "Bell List" for those needing Immediate help on a HOA being held within 3 Hours so they can get up and running. 2). BHOA HVC with no"Bell List" for general socializing, etc.
That way the "BellLister" wouldn't be overwhelmed every time some has a non- emergency question. It would also let everyone post when they could be in the "Chat Room" to talk.
