I am stumped!

I am stumped! I am having one heck of a time getting someone in a BHOA. He has a G+ account, and when he clicks on the link, he gets almost in, then he has the spinning wheel or black screen.  Is this a bandwidth, or plugin  problem?  He is using Chrome on a desktop and plugged into the internet.

    Is he using Chrome? Sounds like a Internet Explorer issue

    If it is chrome try Firefox and see if he ha s the same issues

    Also is probably not bhoa. Can he get in an hoa?

    Michael Daniels He said he was using Chrome...then I quizzed him further and he said that he usually uses Internet Explorer.  So I bet that is the problem. Thank you!

    Sent him a BHOA link...I do not do HOA since I started with BHOA

    Oh I know. But if you try a hoa and it will not work, then you know it is not bhoa issue.
