Is a Chromebook with a minimum amount of Ram suitable for hosting a Hangout On Air?

The test will be conducted using and Acer C710 with 2GB of RAM.
We hope to test using 3 cameras:
C710 built in webcam
Logitech c525
Logitech c920

We also plan to test using ethernet and Wi-Fi to see if/how it affects the quality of the HOA.
