I was unable to download Comment Tracker during or even with help after the HOA.  I found the problem, I think. I have three Chrome profiles and several Google accounts.  I have one Google+ account and it works fine regardless of the Chrome profile. I can sign in to any Google account, but I could not download Comment Tracker until I switched to the same Chrome profile as my G+ account. Then, voila! Just like magic -- it works!

One clue from others was that CT worked in Firefox or Safari even when they couldn't get it in Chrome. Also if you have a separate Chrome profile for work that might explain some of the other problems.
