Hi Andrew Hatchett

Hi Andrew Hatchett . I really appreciate your effort to give us the possibility to present our events within your community. Since I became aware of this possibility I always fill in the form whenever I create an event. I am noticing that my 2 events last Friday weren't mentioned and I fear that there might be some bug in the google form submission process. WOuld you be so kind and check if my events next Tuesday (Blab) and on 28 (SHOA) have come through? Thank you very much. Also for your great advice around businesshangouts with Lowell Ann Fuglsang last Tuesday

  1. Maybe I am wrong with what I wrote because just now I discovered my events written as text in the collection. MAybe I haven't quite understood yet how it works, because I am noticing that sometimes I get an email in my inbox, but most of the days I don't - and then I thought that there are no events. I need to learn more, I guess Andrew Hatchett

  2. Hi Adelheid Hörnlein

You aren't doing anything wrong. I've been experimenting with different things about how to present the Daily Event Summary.
Beginning January 1, 2016, only those events submitted on the form will be included in the Daily Summary of Events in the collection. Listings will be text with live links to both the Host's profile and to the event but there will be no thumbnail images.

Once you have created your event and used the form to have it appear in the daily summary, you could also SHARE the event to the User2User-LIVE! community in the Member Hosted category. That would give you the best of both worlds.

I've pinned a post and changed the "About" section in the User2User-LIVE! community to explain some of the coming and provide links to the forms, etc.

    Hope this helps.

    Andy
