  4. AH, so my first issue is I do not have the "newest" Chrome Stick (surprise!)  I might try with what I have anyway and see if it works.  Many thanks Meloney Hall  I do appreciate your help.  I will let you know if I can make this happen with the "old" chromecast dealie thing ;-)

  5. I use Chromecast at work daily and a lot of times at home. I want to watch helpful YouTube videos and I just chrome cast them to the Large TV to watch. I also will chromecast my chromebook flip to the large TV so everyone can see when I do a demo at work or at home.
I love it. We have 3 chromecasts at home.
Let me know How I can help if you need it. I do know it has to be a TV that is in range of your router since it uses your bandwidth.

  6. Leila Martin If your concern is "have access to AND ability to change websites I view?????", I've seen that message when I added a few extensions to my Chromebooks and it never seemed to cause problems.

  9. Great info thanks everyone. I am going to borrow a chromecast thingy from a friend, now that I have the faster broadband connection. That is, if my older TV is capable!?
