She wants to use the YouTube chat and have viewers ask questions. Apparently she is doing that OK but there is a problem with echoes, where I do not know.

    Most times plugging in a pair of earbuds eliminates echo. Echo is almost always an open mic picking up playback of itself. Plugging in a headset "mutes" the speakers eliminating the feedback loop.
