Congrats on your new Chromebook! If this is your first time owning a Chromebook, you may have a few questions. Known Issues

Toshiba Chromebook 2 gets stuck during the startup process:
There are a few reports that some Toshiba Chromebook 2 units get stuck when searching for updates the first time. The team has fixed this issue, but since some units are sold with older software, this can still happen. The fix is to simply restart the device (hold the power button for ~30 seconds). It should then work as normal. If not, please create a new topic on the support forum.
