Just in case you missed it - Comments on Private YouTube Videos going away

Comments on private YouTube videos are going away
As of August 29th, the option to comment on private videos will be removed. All comments on private videos uploaded before August 16, 2016 will be removed.
Videos can be converted to Unlisted or Public status to enable commenting at any time.

Good reminder. Although I'd bet most private videos don't have comments.

ReplyDeleteActually, I have a few private ones that have comments from family members :)
ReplyDeleteI know of people who have privatized all of their videos until a future time. I guess that's one way of starting over with a blank slate. Is that what will happen Peggy? Is there a warning?
ReplyDeleteThis is not good for private webinars so be sure to make the video unlisted.
ReplyDeleteCraig Long I believe that if your channel has private videos with comments, you see a notice in your channel.
