"The 20M raised thru GoFundMe to build the wall is being refunded because there is no GVT agency open to accept the funds due to the shutdown? Laughing myself silly."
Don't know if true, but if so it certainly confirms what they say about Karma!! ;)
I never heard about any money being raised to fund the wall.
