I've got another question: Any suggestions if I want to do a HOA with another person and we are both in the same location.

    Nina Amir I'm unclear as to your meaning of "same location".
    Same state?
    Same City?
    Same Building?
    Same Office?
    Same Lunch Table?

    As far as I know it doesn't matter. anyway...
    as someone never said...
    "A HOA is a HOA is a HOA"

    Nina Amir As far as I know you'd follow the same procedure as holding any other HOA.
