I created an unlisted HOA for my 3 coaching clients. I included just them when I created it. Do I need to send them a link right before I begin or can they just join with the link they received upon invite? I see that I can add them to the filmstrip...but that's where I'm wondering if I need a new link to do that.

Okay...just coming back to the whole HOA experience! I want to try a HOA with a small coaching group I have...just three people--TOMORROW.

Do I schedule a HOA or a video call--just before the scheduled time? 

Can anyone give me a quick to-do list? Like a tiny primer?

I've been on numerous HOAs...I haven't run any myself. I did do one through WebinarJam....

I need to be sure this records so I can upload to a private site for the students later. HELP!

Hey Andrew Hatchett! I am running a big event this month on nonfiction writing. Someone wrote a piece on HOAs. I would love to have a course to promote--as an affiliate. Do you have one? Or do you know of someone who does?

Can you edit an HOA video after the fact? The person wants something they said taken out... What a bummer.

I did a test HOA (using webinarjam) and noticed that it seemed someone had watched.

Is it possible for someone with an Ipad to log into a HOA (especially with Webinarjam) and be a co-presenter?
