    So, can this be embedded into any post? Including an Event description or something?

    I think you said the answer is no in your response to Myste and Lon... so a link to a Google Form is the only way to do it in a regular SHOAE, I suppose.

    No in an Event
    Only a link to a form
    As in her post if I understand her properly she could embed in a post on Her "Page".  And then pin that post so folks can do a survey before the read the posts.
