Does anyone know how to "cast" a screen via Chromecast without using a browser? I figured out how to cast my Android screen, which is awesome, but not my laptop screen. This is a Level IV Non-Emergency. :)
Yes, there is an icon for casting a browser, which is great, but I'm also looking to cast things like spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc., It does let me cast any screen from my smartphone, though.
It was my understanding that there was some sort of icon on the browser tabs that could be cast.

ReplyDeleteMark Barrus I don't believe you can send windows to your chromecast. Now if your laptop were running "chromium"....
ReplyDeleteMark Barrus apparantly some progress has been made since I first looked into this. Check out this article:

It refers to an "experimental" feature for casting your computer desktop.
